Station Serving

Food stations are a wonderful way to aid your guests in getting to know one another, encouraging them to move about and socialize. Stations are designed to be interactive, giving guests the ability to create a personalized dining experience.

This gives you the peace of mind that all of your guests will have a meal that meets their needs and desires. To encourage guests to move about and mingle, stations are positioned throughout the ballroom. No longer are the meal and the fun separate. Toasting, dancing and cake cutting are inter-mingled with your guests enjoying a relaxed, extended dinner. Station Serving takes your cocktail hour of socializing to an all new level.

Diamond Stations include Passed Appetizers, Salad Bar, Gourmet Potato Station, Stir Fry Station, Carving Station and Cheesecake Tower - $41.25

Gold Stations include Appetizer Station, Salad Station, Deluxe Mashed Potato Bar, Pasta Station, Carving Station and Chocolate Fountain - $35.48

Silver Stations include Tossed Garden Salad, Original Mashed Potato Bar, Pasta Station, Carving Station and Petite Pastry Station - $30.59

Salad Bar
This is not your traditional salad bar! Two types of salads are built and dressed then shaken in a martini shaker and poured into martini glasses per your guests’ order. Choose from the Cosmopolitan or the Margarita along with a selection of Bread Sticks The Cosmopolitan: Mixed Greens, Feta Cheese, Roasted Sweet Corn, Craisins and Glazed Pecans are all tossed in a Raspberry Vodka Vinaigrette. The Margarita starts with Romaine Lettuce, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Red Onion and Mandarin Oranges tossed with a Tequila Lime Vinaigrette.
