Disposables, Rental and Service Items

(Diamond Catering Staff must be on site with the use of rental items.)

Disposable Tableware

Tier One – Foam, .75 per guest
Includes one salad plate, one dinner plate, dinner napkin, fork, knife, spoon, salt & pepper, plastic table cover.

Tier Two – Plastic, 1.00 per guest
Includes one salad plate, one dinner plate, dinner napkin, fork, knife, spoon, salt & pepper, plastic table cover.

Tier Three – Premium Plastic, 3.45 per guest
Includes one salad plate, one dinner plate, linen like napkin, plastic silver cutlery, salt & pepper, heavy duty table cover.

Disposable Cups (sold in packages of 50 each):

Tier One – Foam coffee cup and cold drink cup, 50 each, 7.50

Tier Two – Paper coffee cup and soft plastic drink cup, 50 each, 15.00

Tier Three – Hard plastic coffee cup with handle and hard plastic drink cup, 50 each, 45.00

White Plastic Disposable Table Skirts for Events using White Plastic Table Cover, 5.00 per table.

Glass Stemware Rental: (plastic available)

Water Glasses and Carafes, rental and handling, 1.15 per place setting

Decorating done by Diamond Event Catering Staff with Clients’ supplies, 25.00 per hour, per staff member.

Standard Linen Package based on 8 guests per table, 2.00 per guest.

Choice of Colored Napkins (25 colors to choose from)

Bridal/Head, Cake, Gift and Serving Tables covered and skirted.

Linen Skirting for additional banquet or round table, 18.00 per 13’ (3 sides of an 8 foot table)

Cake Service

Cake cut and packaged for guests to take home in boxes, no charge

Cake cut and plated for self service from cake table on foam plates with plastic forks, no charge

Cake cut and served on china plates with stainless steel flatware, .75 per guest

Services

Diamond DJ Service, sold with catering package only, 5 hour event, 850.00

Diamond DJ Service, sold with catering package only, 6 hour event, 950.00

Uniformed Wait Staff, 25.00 per hour, per staff member

Site Inspection Fee (based on distance), required for all events unless site is on our approved list.

Tents, tables, chairs, lighting, dance floor, staging, portable toilets, and more available, ask for Kevin, Off Site Event Associate.

Sales tax applies to rental items.

20% service fee added to invoices that include equipment & service.

Delivery charges or fuel surcharges may apply depending on location.
